Planning fees and documents needed to support your application
To find the planning fee you need to pay, use the Planning Portal fee calculator or download their Guide to Fees for Planning Applications in England.
Please note that planning fees are set by central government and are due to increase annually each April. If you submit an invalid application prior to the fee increase and your application is made valid after the fee increase, you will be charged at the higher fee rate (the relevant fee due at the time the application becomes valid). This will be applied irrespective of the reason for invalidity.
