You can apply for planning permission on the Planning Portal website.
To find the planning fee you need to pay, use the Planning Portal fee calculator or download their Guide to Fees for Planning Applications in England.
The Planning Portal also has information and guidance on how to submit your planning application.
Documents needed to support your application
All planning applications require supporting documents.
The table sets out which documents you'll need to submit, along with guidance and examples to help you submit acceptable documents. If you need this information in a more accessible format, email planning@rutland.gov.uk.
If you apply without submitting the correct documents, this will cause a delay in your receiving you planning decision notice.
