What to do if you experience harassment in Rutland

Harassment is any form of unwanted and unwelcome behaviour that can range from mildly unpleasant remarks to physical violence.

Examples include:

  • unwanted phone calls
  • letters
  • emails
  • visits
  • abuse and bullying online
  • stalking
  • verbal abuse and threats
  • smashing windows
  • using dogs to frighten you

Contact Leicestershire Police online or call 101 if the harassment is:

  • of a sexual or racial nature
  • verbal abuse
  • physical abuse
  • you're bullied at work, at school, at home or when out and about
