Road Markings
Rutland County Council are responsible for creating, maintaining and enforcing all road marking, including white and yellow lines, parking and loading bays.
Road Signs
We are responsible for ensuring the correct standards of road signs in Rutland.
Street Lighting
We are responsible for designing, installing and maintaining the majority of street and footway lights and traffic signals in Rutland.
Street Name Plates
We are responsible for supplying and installing street name plates for new developments. Developers are charged for this service.
Tourism Signs
Tourism traffic signs are provided to guide visitors along the most appropriate route for the latter stages of their journey, especially where destinations are difficult to find.
