To pay by phone, call: 01604 625 623 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
To pay by post, send your cheque to: Rutland County Council Parking Services, PO Box 597, Northampton, Northamptonshire NN4 7XN. Make your cheque payable to Rutland County Council DC and write your Penalty Charge Notice number and vehicle registration on the back.
