Our team

Our expert team of PAs work around the UK, ensuring easy access to high-quality services and support tailored to meet your individual needs.  Many of our team are deaf themselves with British Sign Language (BSL) or speech and our hearing PAs are BSL Level 2 users progressing to Level 3, with every member of our team DBS checked at an enhanced level.

We understand the day-to-day challenges our service users face.  We have the experience and the tools to help you to take control of those challenges; our trained PAs are there for you to offer practical solutions, providing short-term or long-term support when you need it most.

Our expertise comes from our ability to understand and adapt to our service users’ ever-changing needs and to match these needs by providing a high-quality service using appropriately skilled PAs.  We support service users with a variety of differing needs, including D/deaf people with medical and complex needs, those who are supervised under the legal system, people with mental health issues and those who simply require additional support.

As part of our seamless service, we keep secure records so if your regular contact is unavailable, a trusted member of the team is on hand to help with full knowledge of the situation. All records are kept confidentially in accordance with our strict working procedures.
