What we believe

We believe there is nothing more important in life than looking after the people we love. We want to radically change the way society sees and supports people who look after someone, like we do. Together, we can get this right.

We hear you, because we are you

We're a business led by carers, for carers. We provide free personalised guidance and coaching. And we learn from the best - the UK's unseen army of unpaid carers. Together we're figuring it out, with a giggle, a wobble and a healthy dose of humour.

We put carers in control

We believe every one of the UK's seven million carers has the potential to make life brighter for the other 6,999,999 - by sharing their experiences, the frustrations and their successes.

Caring can be lonely and stressful. It can also be joyful, rewarding and fun. For many of us it's as much a part of our daily lives as brushing out teeth, and it's not all we are. You might not even identify as a carer, or like the word - lots of us don't. And we know when it comes to caring, one size doesn't fit all. Some of us live with the person we look after, while others care from far away. Whoever you are, you're welcome in our community.
