I am an experienced PA who currently works in an SEMH School as a Teaching Assistant to individuals with ASD. I am also currently training to be a HLTA, whilst helping out on the care team.
Previously I worked for New Horizons Care, who worked closely with the Aiming High team. This included activity weekends, respite and personal care.
Also I'm still supporting a young adult, which I've been doing for the last 10 years on a 1-1 basis.
