I am 63 and a mother of 3 grown up children. I volunteered for AgeUK and my local primary school for many years. I currently volunteer for HomeStart supporting families with young children. I have also been involved in fund raising and event organising. I can offer friendly support in all manner of things - from going to activities, paperwork, telephone calls, shopping, cooking, going out for a walk to reading - or just simply some companionship.
Ideally I would love to help an older person but can be flexible. I am available on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
About the PA
I can be flexible on those days.
I haven't worked full time since the birth of my first child in 1988 and I then worked one day a week for Jane MacQuitty of The Times as a wine researcher from 1989-199.
Very happy to support lonely, depressed or anxious person with everyday tasks, paperwork, getting out and about, going for walks, shopping, baking and so on.
