ADHD Solutions provide help, support, advice and courses for families affected by ADHD.
Family support includes 1:1 support, support groups and general help & advice.
ADHD Solutions also provide some direct support work with children and young people, through workshops, coaching for ADHD related difficulties or via interventions commissioned by schools
ADHD Solutions also provide activities at their base in Leicester for children and young people who are diagnosed with, or suspected of having, ADHD.
Activities can include:
- Multi-sports e.g. football, basketball
- Adventure Playground (weather permitting)
- Games: table tennis, table football, pool
- X-BOX and PlayStation
- Arts and crafts activities
- Light refreshments
ADHD Solutions also run a monthly support group in Oakham for parent carers and wider family members who want to learn more about the condition.
