RPCV Rutland Carer passport

RPCV Rutland Carer passport

Are you looking after a child with special educational needs or a disability? Then you need a Carers Passport!

  • Carers passports are designed to help recognise the support you provide.
  • They also raise awareness of the caring responsibilities that parents have for their children with SEND.
  • They can be used to start conversations with other parent carers or practitioners.
  • The card will help you to prove that you are a parent carer.
  • Enable you to access advice and support.

We are working in partnership with Rutland County Council to make sure parent carers of children and young people with special educational need and disabilities in Rutland have proof of their caring responsibilities.

How do I apply for a Rutland Carers Passport from RPCV?

If your child is under 18 you can apply for a Carer Passport by completing this online form. Once received your card will be posted ASAP.
