Are you eligible?

To apply for a Travel Aid bus pass, you must:

• be a Rutland resident
• be unemployed and actively seeking work
   

How to apply

Download and complete the application form and ask your Job Centre to sign and stamp the form, then return the form to the address provided.

You can also ask us to send an application form through the post - email your name and address to transport@rutland.gov.uk.

People without internet access can ask for a form to be posted by calling our Customer Services team on 01572 722 577.

Additional information

A bus pass will usually be issued for a four week period.

The pass lets you claim half fare travel on valid bus journeys beginning in Rutland.

When your pass is due to expire, please complete another application form, ask your Job Centre to sign and stamp this, and then return the form to the address provided.
