Only residents of the warden-controlled sheltered housing on these roads can apply for this scheme:
- Barlow Road
- Finkey Street
- Deans Street

Permit administration charge
You will need to pay a £20 administration charge from 16 January 2023 to issue:
- your first permit
- a renewed permit
- a replacement permit
- an updated permit (for example, you change your vehicle and need to update the registration number)
We'll ring you to take payment over the phone when we've received your application.
