You can only apply for the zone you live in.
Zone D (at any time)

Holders of this permit can also park in zone N.

Zone N - Oakham North (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm)

- Burley Road (up to and including number 41)
- Deans Street (restricted at any time)

Zone S - Oakham South (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm)
- Brooke Road (up to and including number 65)
- Crown Gardens
- Crown Street
- John Street and Providence Chapel
- New Street
- Penn Street
- South Street
Inner Zone Oakham (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm)
- Catmose Street
- Church Street (number 3, Flat 5 at number 3, flat above the public house at number 12, number 18a)
- Crown Walk
- Gaol Street
- High Street
- Market Place
- Market Street
- Melton Road
- The Maltings
- Westgate Street
Inner Zone permit holders can park in the limited waiting bays without time limit on:
- Catmose Street
- Church Street
- High Street
- Market Place (when there's no market)
- Westgate Street
How to apply
You can apply for up to two permits.
Send your completed Application for Residents Parking Zones D, N, L, S and Inner along with your supporting documents to: enquiries@rutland.gov.uk.

Permit administration charge
You will need to pay a £55 administration charge to issue:
- your first permit
- a renewed permit
- a replacement permit
- an updated permit (for example, you change your vehicle and need to update the registration number)
We'll ring you to take payment over the phone when we've received your application.
Supporting documents
You need to send us copies of two of these documents:
- Council Tax bill
- Council Tax Registration Form
- electoral registration
- driving licence showing your address
- solicitor's completion letter or tenancy agreement
And one of these documents:
- DVLA V5/C or new keeper supplement for each vehicle registered at your address
- letter from your company (on company letterhead), for company vehicles
- insurance document that shows you as the policy holder, the registration number and your address
- official invoice, as proof of purchase
