Stamford North Joint Strategic Planning Board
The Stamford North Joint Strategic Planning Board oversees future development at Stamford North.
In October 2023, Rutland County Council and South Kesteven District Council agreed a Stamford North Statement of Common Ground and established a joint board to oversee the future planning of potential development at Stamford North.
Terms of reference for the board have been agreed by both council’s cabinets on 10 and 17 October 2023, for South Kesteven and Rutland respectively. The terms of reference include publication of minutes of joint board meetings. The first joint board meeting was held on 27 February 2024. The minutes from this meeting and all subsequent meetings will be published below.
