New viability evidence

We have appointed HDH Planning and Development Ltd to update our viability evidence for the new Local Plan.

The update gives evidence on viability and how development will help to provide the infrastructure required.

Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP)

The Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) establishes what additional infrastructure and service needs are required to support the level of development proposed in the Rutland Local Plan. The IDP will help make sure the identified additional infrastructure and service needs are delivered in a timely, co-ordinated and sustainable way.

We have prepared an update of the IDP to reflect the growth strategy and development proposals included in the pre-submission plan. This update report brings together the latest evidence and information available to us for identifying site specific infrastructure requirements for site allocations included in the pre-submission Local Plan. These are also reflected in the updated schedule of infrastructure requirements.

Rutland travel model

This report documents the forecast model results for the Rutland Traffic Model (RTM) strategic modelling assessment of the proposed Local Plan development sites.
