Civic Amenity Permit Application
You will need to register your vehicle with the Council's automatic number plate recognition system in order to use the Civic Amenity Sites near Cottesmore and North Luffenham. You can do this by completing the form below. 
This form is now for new applications or updating details. 
We may need to process personal data about its residents in order to deliver certain services. We may use this data to verify applications to other Council services for example, to confirm residency in the County. We will always process personal data in a fair and transparent way.

We are currently undertaking work to ensure that all personal data currently held for this purpose is accurate. This will involve a transfer of your data to a new software system

CENEWLINKIn order to comply with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into effect in May 2018, we have to provide you with information about the personal data you give to us.  This information is set out below:

Your information will be used so that we can enter your details on to the ANPR system and grant you access to the Civic Amenity Sites.

Your personal data may be shared with other teams within the council in order to provide a service to you, to ensure our records are kept up to date or otherwise where we are required to do so under other legislation.  We may share the data with third parties if we are required by law to do so, this may include the Police or Government Agencies.  We will not sell your data or use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

We will keep your data for as long as you wish to continue using the sites.
