From 2020 Infrastructure Funding Statements (IFS) which cover both CIL and S106 planning obligations are required to be published as a replacement for CIL annual monitoring reports which can be found here. Town and Parish Council CIL Annual Reports which are found here, will continue to be produced.
This report reports on all developer contribution receipts and expenditure during the financial period, as well as providing an ‘Infrastructure List’ that lists the infrastructure projects or types of infrastructure which the charging authority intends will be, or may be, wholly or partly funded through CIL.
