All our libraries are FREE to join and offer a range of fantastic services, including:

  • Photocopying, printing and fax facilities
  • Practise your driving test online for FREE with Theory Test Pro
  • Home Library Service – FREE home deliveries for those unable to visit the library
  • FREE Ancestry.com and FindMyPast access in all libraries

In addition to our great range of services, Oakham Library now has a dedicated area for young people, more shelf space, and lots of exciting new stock to browse.
