Exercise referral

The Rutland Exercise Referral Scheme is for people aged 16+ with health conditions who could benefit from increased physical activity.  Further information regarding the referral process can be found on the website.

Rutland healthy walks

There are a number of weekly health walks taking place across Rutland usually lasting around one hour with refreshments available afterwards.

Passport to leisure

Passport to Leisure is a scheme which allows specific groups the opportunity to access daytime services and facilities at Catmose Sports Centre with a discounted rate, such as low income families, students and individuals with a disability or impairment. 

Weight management

The Leicestershire and Rutland Weight Management service offers opportunities to improve your quality of life through healthy lifestyle changes.
