Health for Teens Website 

 The new Health For Teens Website is a great new website with loads of information on everything from relationships, health, exams and feelings. 

Mental Health Information

 The NHS has provided an information hub offering young people advice and help on mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.

Sexual Health

 The C-Card

C-Card is a plastic card that gives anyone aged 24 and under quick and easy access to free condoms from a range of venues. It is a confidential service which also offers information and advice about sexual health and relationships.

You can get free condoms using your card anywhere you see the C-Card logo.

Registration takes about 10 minutes. You will be asked a few simple questions by the worker, how old you are, your postcode etc. All the information is confidential and will not be passed on to anybody else.

C.A.S.P.E.R - Contraception, Advice, Sex, Pregnancy, Educational Resources

All our clubs offer a CASPER (Contraception, Advice, Sex, Pregnancy, Educational Resources) Sexual Health Service and Jules House, 1 Cold Overton Road, (Entrance Opposite the News agents). We offer a drop in from 9 – 5pm Mon – Thursday and 9 – 4.30pm Fridays.

Drugs and alcohol support

Are you using drugs and alcohol with your friends? Are you just curious?
