Services to help people quit smoking are provided by Stop Smoking Rutland; part of the new Community Wellbeing Service based at 56 High Street, Oakham, LE15 6AL. (Citizens Advice Rutland Centre).
A full range of support is available, including face-to-face, telephone and online support.

Phone lines are open 9-5 Monday – Friday. You can drop in on Monday 10-6, Tuesday/Thursday 10-1, Wednesday/Friday 10-4. There is an appointments only service on Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-5.
Alternatively, referrals can be made through your GP who may also prescribe nicotine replacement products to help you
