National Lockdown

Colleges, primary and secondary schools are still open for children who:

  • are vulnerable
  • are unable to take part in remote learning
  • have parents who are critical workers

All other children will learn remotely until February half term.

Government do not think it's possible for all exams to go ahead in the summer - they are working with Ofqual to put alternative arrangements in place that will allow students to progress fairly.

Public exams and vocational assessments due to take place in January will go ahead as planned.
