All Food businesses must provide information to customers who need to avoid certain ingredients because of an allergy.
This means all food suppliers need to provide information about the allergenic ingredients they are using in foods sold or provided by them (there are currently 14 allergens that need to be identified if they are used in foods sold or provided by a food business).
