Volunteering for Jules House

The Rutland Youth Service is not just about youth clubs. The Jules House Youth Team provide a wide range of services and support for children and young people, which include a Mentoring Service, Advocacy Service, Parenting Programmes (Living with Teens) , targeted short programmes, Careers and Education guidance and advice.

In addition to this we provide support for young people’s health and wellbeing, promotion of the C-Card Scheme as well as signposting to local organisation like Kooth and Turning Point. The team deliver a Schools Offer which involves short, informal education sessions, which take place in Primary and secondary schools across Rutland.

The team also supports a number of groups for young people including, TOFU (Time out for Us) Young Carers Groups, RYC (Rutland Youth Council) SUSO (Speak Up, speak Out) and Young Inspectors.
