Apply for a copy civil partnership certificate
We can only provide copy civil partnership certificates for formations that took place in Rutland.
If the formation took place outside of Rutland, you'll need to apply to the council in the that area. If you don't know the area where the formation took place, you can apply to the General Register Office.
You will need to give the full names of the couple, and the date and place of the civil partnership formation
You can email the details, your name and phone number to registrars@rutland.gov.uk - we will call you back to take payment and will post the certificate to your within 48 hours. You can also call us on 01572 758 370 - you may need to leave us a message, but we'll call you back as soon as we can.
Copy certificates cost £11 each, plus £2.50 postage and packing.
