Rutland County Council is holding a virtual Cabinet meeting on Tuesday 21 April.
The meeting will take place using an online webinar facility in order to adhere to government restrictions on public gatherings, put in place in response to COVID-19.
Members of the public can listen to the meeting online or by phone, with further details about how to join on our Meetings page.
“Rutland County Council took the decision to temporarily suspend all public meetings as part of its response to COVID-19. Using online conferencing and webinar technology, we are now reintroducing monthly Cabinet meetings so that important issues can be discussed and any decisions taken in full view of the public, but without the need for anyone to meet in person.”
Council Leader Oliver Hemsley
The following items will be discussed at Cabinet on Tuesday 21 April 2020:
- COVID-19 update and endorsement of emergency power
- Highway Capital Maintenance Programmes 2020/21
- Contracts update in the context of COVID-19
