Richard Coleman (Conservative Party) has been elected as Ward Member for Ryhall and Casterton following a local by-election on Thursday 12 September 2019.
Mr Coleman was elected with 357 votes and will serve as a Rutland County Councillor until the next round of ordinary elections in 2023.

- Steve Fay (The Green Party) - 121 votes
- Beverley Wrigley-Pheasant (Liberal Democrat) - 156 votes
