We’re looking for experienced care workers to join our reablement service, to help people to successfully make the transition from hospital to home and support them to regain as much independence as they can.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the roles we offer within our reablement service, come along to one of our recruitment open days on Wednesday 6th or Thursday 7th September from 10am-3pm at the Brightways Day Centre, Huntsman’s Drive in Oakham.

Staff from the Rutland Enablement, Crisis Response and Health (Reach) Team will be on hand throughout the events to answer questions and provide information about the service and the various roles available.

With permanent and fixed term roles at Support Worker and Co-ordinator levels, now is the perfect time to join a forward thinking service enabling you to deliver the best of care to our service users, whilst continuing to develop your own skills and knowledge with regular training opportunities.

Application forms will be available at the open days or you can access them via our vacancies page.
