Electoral Register

The open register is an extract of the electoral register.

Your name and address will be included in the open register unless you ask for them to be removed. Your right to vote will not be affected if you remove your details.

We do not use the open register for election purposes.

Any person, company or organisation can buy the open register.  It's often used by businesses and charities to confirm name and address details.

You can ask for your details not to be included in the open register when you register to vote.  You can also ask for your details be removed during the annual canvass or by email: elections@rutland.gov.uk.
