Local code of conduct for members in planning

The aim of the code is to ensure that in the planning process there are no grounds for suggesting that a decision has been biased, partial or not well founded in any way.

Members planning code of conduct

The code applies to Councillors at all times when involved in the planning process. It applies as equally to planning enforcement matters or site specific policy as it does to planning applications.
