Temporary change to customer phoneline

The customer service telephone line at Rutland County Council will be temporarily diverted on the morning of Wednesday 16 and 23 November due to staff training.

Our Customer Services Team will be unable to take calls until 2pm on both days, when the phone lines reopen.

Calls will be diverted to an option service for Planning, Adult Duty, Children’s Duty, and Housing. Alternatively, customers can leave a message, which will be picked up by the team in the afternoon. 

You can continue to access Council services online, through our website, or by using our MyAccount service, where you can submit queries and track the progress of any online requests. You can also email: enquiries@rutland.gov.uk or call back after 2pm. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank customers for their patience and understanding while our staff receive relevant training to assist them in their role.
