The September meeting of Rutland County Council’s Strategic Overview and Scrutiny Committee is due to be reconvened on Wednesday 5 October.

This meeting was initially held on 8 September and quickly adjourned following the national announcement that Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II had passed away.

The reconvened meeting on 5 October is a legal continuation of proceedings that began on 8 September, with the same agenda and reports. The meeting will take place in the main Council Chamber at Rutland County Council’s Catmose offices in Oakham, starting at 7.00pm. It can also be watched live online via Zoom, with full details available on our meetings page.

Representatives from NHS England who were due to speak at the original September meeting as part of Agenda Item 9 (Access to NHS Dental Services within Rutland) are unable to attend the reconvened meeting on 5 October. This item is now expected to be deferred and considered at the next ordinary meeting of the Strategic Overview and Scrutiny Committee on Thursday 13 October 2022.
