Overnight Survey Work in Oakham

Roadworks

Overnight CCTV drainage surveys and ground penetrating radar surveys (GPRS) will be taking place in Oakham from 9th to 19th October 2017.  

These works will be carried out at night, from 9.00pm to 5.00am, and done under localised road closures, with diversions in place.  

The works are being undertaken at night to minimise disruption and don't make significant amounts of noise. The schedule is shown below:

In order to carry out the works, we must attempt to remove all vehicles from the highway (including parked vehicles) to provide as much free access as possible. 

Closure points will be manned at all times, with marshals on hand to help guide residents and businesses in and out of their properties, wherever possible.
