No calls while Council upgrades telephone system

Rutland County Council will not be contactable by phone for several hours on Tuesday 16 March 2021, due to planned upgrades to its telephone system. 

The upgrades are due to take place between 10.00am and 2.00pm, during which time the Council will be unable to receive phone calls to any of its landline numbers.

It will still be possible to contact the Council by emailing: enquiries@rutland.gov.uk, or on social media. Lots of Council services can also be accessed online directly by visiting: www.rutland.gov.uk.

If you want to contact either our Childrens Duty, Adult Duty or Therapy Duty with an urgent issue then please contact our Customer Services team – Tel: 01572 722577 or email enquiries@rutland.gov.uk who will be able to forward your call to the appropriate team
