The quickest and easiest way to contact many of our services is online.

If you can’t find what you need on our website, you can get in touch with us by email or phone. 

If we can’t resolve your query this way, we will either book an appointment for you, or ask the relevant team to contact you to book a call back or arrange a face to face meeting.

There will always be specialist staff at our offices who can assist if you’re in distress or need urgent help. In all other cases, we ask that you go online, email or call first.

Customer services

If you come to our Catmose offices then you can use our self-service phones to speak to someone or use our computer to go online.  

We no longer operate a manned customer service desk for visitors without an appointment.  

If you have a booked appointment, please follow the instructions we provided you when you made your appointment. 

Our call centre is open for telephone enquiries:

  • Monday: 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Tuesday: 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Wednesday: 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Thursday: 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm
  • Friday: 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 4.30pm
