In order to comply with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have to provide you with information about the personal data you give to us.

Your personal data may be shared with other teams within the council in order to provide a service to you, to ensure our records are kept up to date or otherwise where we are required to do so under other legislation.   We may share the data with third parties if we are required by law to do so, this may include the Police or Government Agencies.  We will not sell your data or use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

Our call centre is closed from 12:30pm to 2pm daily, emails are still monitored during this time.

Our Crisis line, and our Adult and Children's Social Services duty desk are still available during this time.

Our offices are closed on bank holidays.

Customer service centre office walk in service operating hours

Monday to Thursday: 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 4.45pm 

Friday: 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 4.15pm

We will provide a service for emergencies like homelessness or domestic abuse. 

Customers visiting Catmose with an enquiry, but no appointment, will be able to speak to advisors via telephones located in the Customer Services area. These phones will connect customers to main council services, as if they had rung from home.

We also have open access computers that you are able to use for website information and service requests.
