Our call centre is closed from 12:30pm to 2pm daily, emails are still monitored during this time. Our Crisis line, and our Adult and Children's Social Services duty desk are still available during this time.
Our offices are closed on bank holidays.
Our emergency out of hours service is provided by Harborough Lifeline.
