If you need to report flooding on local roads or inside your property, please visit our Report a flood page.
Registered providers have to take the Tenancy Strategy into account setting their own tenancy policies.
This includes considering:
- the kinds of tenancy they grant
- the circumstances in which they'll grant a tenancy of any kind
- where they grant fixed term tenancies, the lengths of the terms
- the circumstances in which they'll grant a further tenancy, when the existing tenancy ends
The Tenancy Strategy deals with the type of tenancy which we'd like to see grant.
