The Energy Company Obligation (ECO4 Flex)
The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme. It aims to help reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty by improving the energy efficiency of homes occupied by low income, fuel poor and vulnerable households.
We have published criteria in a Statement of Intent. These criteria will help us identify households that would benefit from improvements under Eco Flex. Improvements are often fully funded where a household meets particular criteria and is at risk of fuel poverty.

Home Energy Conservation Act
We published our Home Energy Conservation Act Further Report on improving energy efficiency in domestic properties in March 2013, as required by the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995.
