First Homes scheme

If you’re a first-time buyer, you may be able buy a home for 30% less than its market value through the ‘First Homes’ scheme

The home can be a:

  • new home designated as a First Home and built by a developer
  • home you buy from someone who originally bought it as part of the scheme

There are both local and national criteria you must meet to be eligible for this scheme.
