LEAP (Local Energy Advice Programme) is a free energy and money saving advice service who can help eligible households save money to keep their homes warm and to avoid fuel poverty. They can also check if you're eligible for grant schemes. These can include Warmer Homes 'Home Upgrade Grant' (please see below) and ECO 4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme.

Warmer Homes
The Warmer Homes programme (also known as the Home Upgrade Grant) can offer fully funded measures such as insulation, air source heat pumps and solar panels to eligible households without gas central heating. Substantial funding could be available for customers and properties that meet the criteria.
