Rutland County Council's Housing Associations Evidence Panel needs your help.
The Panel was formed in July 2024 to investigate the management of Housing Association properties in Rutland. In particular, they want to know about the quality and speed of repairs and maintenance.
Why we're asking for feedback
This survey has been launched after our Councillors heard from tenants who'd found it hard to contact their Housing Association (landlord) to get repairs done to their properties and communal areas. We've also had reports that some repairs were not being carried out in a timely way or to a good enough standard.
What we want to know
The survey aims to gather information about the experiences of Rutland residents who live in a Housing Association property, to gain a better understanding of these issues and concerns. We plan to report back to the Housing Associations to help with their repair and maintenance processes, as well as their communication with tenants.
How to take part
Our online survey runs from Tuesday 21 January until 4.00pm on Friday 28 February 2025.
It takes around 12 minutes to complete and is available in other formats by emailing: democraticservices@rutland.gov.uk or calling: 01572 720 993.
We really appreciate your time and hope you will answer as many questions as you can, to help us with our work.
