Survey for people living in housing association properties

Our Scrutiny Committee asked for feedback from Rutland residents who live in a Housing Association property.

Rutland County Council's Housing Associations Evidence Panel launched a survey for tenants living in Housing Association properties after we heard from a number of people who'd found it hard to contact their landlord to get repairs done to their properties and communal areas.

The survey set out to gather information about the experiences of Rutland residents who live in a Housing Association property, to gain a better understanding of these issues and concerns.

The survey ran from Tuesday 21 January until Friday 28 February 2025.

All of  feedback received will be reported back to the Housing Associations to help with their repair and maintenance processes, as well as their communication with tenants.

If you have any questions about this survey, please email: democraticservices@rutland.gov.uk or call: 01572 720 993.
