Survey launched for residents in housing association properties
Our Housing Association Evidence Panel has launched a survey aimed at local Housing Associations and their tenants.

The Housing Association Evidence Panel in conjunction with Rutland County Council is pleased to announce the launch of a new survey for Housing Associations and their tenants.
The survey aims to gain a better understanding of the needs of Rutland residents living in housing association properties, with a particular focus on the quality and speed of repairs and maintenance.
Residents living in housing association properties can share their feedback and experiences via an online questionnaire that can be accessed through our website.
The questionnaire takes around 10 minutes to complete and is available in other formats by emailing: democraticservices@rutland.gov.uk or calling: 01572 758 311. Residents have until 4.00pm on Friday 28 February 2025 to take part.
"This survey has been launched after Councillors heard from tenants who'd found it hard to contact their Housing Association about repairs to their properties. Through the Council’s scrutiny function, we want to give more residents a chance to tell us about their Housing Association’s performance and whether they are satisfied with the service they’re getting. This is an opportunity for you to share your views and experiences, if you live in a housing association property. We’re asking a number of set questions, as well as inviting open comments, so that people can highlight any issues.”
Councillor Kiloran Heckels, Member of the Housing Association Evidence Panel
