An opportunity for Rutland’s business owners, leaders and managers to enhance their growth strategies, improve decision-making skills and develop strong leadership capabilities is now available through the launch of Rutland Growth Masterclass Programme, delivered by Rutland County Council in collaboration with ActionCOACH.
This 12-week course will be delivered in person in Rutland and has been funded from Rutland County Council utilising the £10,000 this project has received from the government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). Thanks to this funding, the cost to businesses to join the course is just £200.
This Business Masterclass Programme will be delivered by ActionCOACH, a global leader in business coaching, and will offer a unique blend of training and coaching tailored to meet the needs of Rutland’s business community. Over twelve weeks, participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum designed to:
- enhance their understanding of effective growth strategies
- improve planning and decision-making skills
- develop leadership qualities that inspire and drive team success
The Business Masterclass Programme is now open for enrolment ahead of its start date in October 2024.
