How to get Fibre Broadband
You can get faster broadband and find the best deal in three easy steps:
- contact your chosen internet service provider to see if fibre broadband is available at your address - you can also check online
- ask your current provider if you can upgrade to a superfast or full fibre broadband package within your existing contract, or shop around using a broadband comparison site to find the best deal
- place your order and get connected - if you choose fibre to the cabinet, your internet service provider will arrange the connection, send you a router and tell you when it's live
- if you have chosen Full Fibre to the premises, you may need a visit from an engineer.
