- Contact your chosen internet service provider to see if superfast broadband is available at your address - you can also check online .
- Ask your current provider if you can upgrade to a superfast (or faster) broadband package within your existing contract, or shop around using a broadband comparison site to find the best deal.
- Place your order and get connected! If you choose fibre to the cabinet, your internet service provider will arrange the connection, send you a router and tell you when it's live.
With fibre to the premises, you may need a visit from an engineer.
