As soon as you want to claim, email benefits@rutland.gov.uk, to let us know, and include your Council Tax account number.
Download and complete the claim form and send it to us within one month of sending your email.
If you'd like us us to post you a claim form instead, let us know when you email.
We process Council Tax support applications in the order we receive them - please allow 10 working days before you contact us to check the progress of you claim.
You can view your claim online - all you need to register is your email address and your reference number.
