Medequip Assistive Technology provide a community equipment loan service on behalf of the Council and NHS.

The service is for adults, children and young people in community, care and education settings.

To assess your equipment or assistive technology needs, visit our self-referral portal.

If you are a professional, you can refer a person you're working with through our professional referrals portal.

If you're due to be discharged from hospital, we can arrange an assessment:

• adults - adult duty therapy: 01572 758 324

How to return equipment

If you no longer need the equipment loaned to you, Medequip can arrange a free collection, to recycle and help others in need.

You can also return equipment yourself, to: Unit B Wharf Way, Glen Parva, Leicester, LE2 9TF 

Opening hours: 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
