Have we missed your bin?

Sometimes mistakes happen and we apologise for that. If your refuse has not been collected and your wheeled bin was placed at the edge of your property by 7am on the day of collection please complete the following online missed bin collection form.

All missed bins must be notified to the Council by the householder within 48 hours of the collection day ie if collection should have been made on Monday please notify us by Wednesday at the latest.
