Latest Roadworks

Highways Works wc 13 May 2013

The following major road works and road closures are planned for the week commencing 13th May 2013. 

Network rail will be closing Whissendine Road level crossing and Langham Road level crossing in Ashwell over the weekend 18th 19th May while they carry out essential maintenance.

A major programme of carriageway surface dressing continues this week and between the 13th and 15th May Surface dressing will be carried out in Riddlington, Preston and Barrowden.   

B668, Burley.  Carriageway patching works will commence on 13th May and continue until 17th May.  Two way traffic lights will be in operation. Short delays may be encountered at peak times.

Work to construct new bus stops at Gunthorpe, Manton Road Edith Weston and Uppingham Road Preston commenced on 29th April and on a rolling basis will continue until mid May.
