Please give full details of the item/s in question and ensure you provide full details of the service you used. The following information will be required:

  • Full description of the lost item/s
  • Personal details – contact name and number
  • Details of the service & journey used (Please include boarding point and destination of your journey.)

We will endeavour to locate your lost personal items and will contact you to arrange for collection
