Rutland County Council aims to provide bus services that meet the needs of the passengers of Rutland.
Passenger comment cards are available on all buses and a number of service changes have been implemented in the past as a result of the valuable comments received by staff in the Transport Office.

Email, phone or write to them giving them as much detail as you can. They will take things further for you. If they can't resolve it, they are partners in the Bus Appeals Body who will issue a decision about your difficulty.

All feedback is appreciated so please help us to provide a better standard of service by informing us of any problems you may have experienced when using the bus services in the area. You can register your complaint by:
- Telephoning the Customer Services Centre on 01572 722577
- Writing to The Transport Office, Rutland County Council, Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP (Please ensure you provide full details of the date, service number,journey time and any other significant details you feel are appropriate. Your complaint will be investigated thoroughly and you will receive a response within 10 working days.)
