VISION: To ensure that Rutland has the infrastructure necessary for a strong and vibrant community by developing our communication and transport links to promote a robust yet sustainable local economy.  We will work together to ensure that all economic development is appropriate for the county and that our plans for today make good sense for tomorrow.  We recognise the role of our local businesses to invest, develop and support and train the young people of today to secure our future.
